What data we collect
- Newsletter sign-ups: If you subscribe to our free nervous system reset guide, we collect your email address (and, optionally, your first name) via MailerLite. This data is used solely to send you the content you signed up for and occasional related emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
- Contact form submissions: If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address and message to respond to your enquiry.
- Cookies and analytics: We use cookies to understand how visitors use our site and to remember your cookie preferences. You can manage your cookie consent at any time using the cookie settings link in our footer.
- Log data: Like most websites, our server automatically logs standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance purposes.
Legal basis for processing
